Shipping policy

Orders within South Africa 🇿🇦

- Shipping is free on orders over R500.

- For orders under R500, a flat shipping fee of R60 applies.

- Standard delivery time is 1–5 business days. During sales or product launches, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

- In rare cases, couriers may add a surcharge for high-risk or outlying areas. We’ll notify you if this applies, and the surcharge will be for the customer’s account.

- If the courier cannot reach you after reasonable attempts and your order is returned to us, re-delivery costs will be on your account.

On-time Delivery Promotion
If your order takes longer than 5 business days to deliver (excluding the day you place your order), we’ll credit your shipping fee back to you as store credit. To receive the credit, you must be signed up for our NJ Jewels Loyalty Program (free to join at any time).
